Returning is easy!
1. The Fedex labels are already inside!
2. Determine what needs returning
- Mick PIG Cylinder
- Blu Tray
- Lead Pouches & PIGS
- Braided Strand Tray & Tube Shield
Please, limit the return of biologically contaminated materials.
3. Does the container contain brachytherapy seeds?
NO
Remove/cover the following from box:
- Yellow II Labels
- UN2910 Label
- UN2915 marking
- DOT Type A marking
Apply:
- FEDEX shipping label over previous label on top of box.
YES, survey per your site’s procedures:
if Surface Dose > 0.5 mrem/hr
Contact Isoray Customer Service
Surface Dose ≤ 0.5 mrem/hr
Remove/cover the following from box:
- Yellow II Labels or White I
- UN2915 marking
- DOT Type A marking
Ensure the following is present on box:
- UN2910 label
Apply:
- FEDEX shipping label over previous label on top of box.
4. Secure the box with tape and schedule a pickup with Fedex
